FlowPilot support
Quick help for installing the extension, compiling prompts, importing recipe packs, and understanding what stays on your device.
Install and open FlowPilot
- Open the official Chrome Web Store listing.
- Select Add to Chrome and confirm the installation.
- Open Chrome's side panel and choose FlowPilot. You may also pin FlowPilot to the toolbar for quicker access.
Build and copy a prompt
- Select a built-in or imported prompt recipe.
- Fill the Smart Fields for your campaign.
- Apply a Consistency Kit or visual-reference guidance when needed.
- Compile locally, then copy the finished prompt.
- Paste it into Google Flow and attach any reference images there yourself.
Import a recipe pack
- Open the Vault tab in FlowPilot.
- Choose Import pack and select the delivered JSON file.
- Review the pack details, then confirm the import.
- Select an imported recipe from the Create tab.
FlowPilot validates text-only recipe packs locally. It does not upload the file or send its contents to ELabs.
Troubleshooting
- If the side panel is missing, restart Chrome and open FlowPilot again from the Extensions menu.
- If copy does not work, keep the side panel open and try the copy control again after interacting with the page.
- If a pack is rejected, confirm that it is an original, unedited FlowPilot JSON delivery.
- FlowPilot does not insert prompts, click Generate, or attach files inside Google Flow.
