Privacy at FlowPilot

FlowPilot is designed as a local prompt workspace. This policy separates what happens on this marketing website, inside the Chrome extension, and after you choose to open the external order form.

Effective July 14, 2026Publisher: ELabs

This website

The FlowPilot website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, cookies, user accounts, or a developer database. It does not collect payment information or embed the Google order form.

Normal hosting infrastructure may process basic request data needed to deliver the page, such as an IP address and browser request headers. ELabs does not add product analytics or remote logging to the site.

External order form

Clicking the recipe-pack order form leaves this website and opens Google Forms. Information you submit there is handled under Google's terms and privacy practices as well as the order instructions shown in the form.

The form currently requests your email address, full name, selected pack, GCash reference number, payment date and time, and acceptance of the single-user license. ELabs uses these details only to verify payment, deliver the purchased JSON pack, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and handle related support or refund questions. Never send your GCash PIN or OTP.

ELabs retains active order responses for up to 12 months after delivery, then deletes them unless a record is still needed for a dispute, refund, accounting obligation, fraud prevention, or legal requirement. You may request earlier deletion, subject to those same exceptions.

Extension data and local storage

The FlowPilot extension does not collect personal information for ELabs or third parties. It has no paid LLM service, backend, account system, hosted database, analytics, advertising SDK, tracking pixel, remote logging, or payment integration.

Drafts, campaign fields, prompt recipes, imported recipe-pack text and metadata, consistency kits, reference settings, version notes, compiled prompts, and campaign history are saved only in Chrome's local extension storage on your device.

Recipe-pack imports

When you choose a local text-only JSON recipe pack, FlowPilot reads it only to validate and import compatible recipes into local extension storage. It does not upload the file or send its contents to ELabs, a backend, Google Flow, or another third party.

Reference images

FlowPilot does not upload, read, inspect, store, or transfer image files. Reference Mode produces text guidance about what to preserve or vary. You manually attach the actual subject or product images in Google Flow.

Google Flow access

FlowPilot does not read from, write to, automate, scrape, inject into, or control Google Flow pages. It declares no host permissions and no content scripts. The Open Flow control is a user-initiated navigation shortcut only.

Chrome permissions

  • storage saves FlowPilot workspace data locally.
  • sidePanel displays the FlowPilot interface beside Chrome.
  • clipboardWrite copies prompt text when you ask.

FlowPilot does not request broad tab access, website content, browsing history, cookies, or host-page access.

Contact

For order-related privacy or deletion requests, reply to the email that delivered your pack. The public publisher support contact will also appear on the official Chrome Web Store listing once it is published.
